Traminer (Traminac) 2007 and Traminer Principovac Ice Wine Harvest 2007 (Traminac Principovac ledena berba) won gold medals and Goldberg of Belje Wine Cellars won silver medal among 3500 different international wine brands at Vinalies Internationales held in March 2010.

It is worth mentioning that Vinalies Internationales is one of the most prestigious wine-tasting contests and that the wines were evaluated by 100 professional wine judges. This recognition won GraĊĦevina its entry into the book "A thousand wines of the world", which serves as the guidance for many wine dealers around the world and is published by the Union des OEnologuees de France.

These exceptional results are a great way to show what trends to follow and how to improve the wine production in Croatia. With the continuation of a well-thought governement policy which subsidizes growing of wine plantations and a general improvement in wine quality, Croatia would finally have another important export product besides tourism.
